2. Order Meals
Once you decide what meal plan you want, you can order your meals online or over the phone. Select the weekly plan you want and click on it. This brings you to a page to enter your registration information, billing and shipping information. Once this information is entered, your meals will be delivered. You can cancel at any time, and you can order online anytime any day.
3. Meals Delivered
After entering information when registering, Bistro MD sends an email within 24 hours to confirm your order. Meals are delivered weekly to your door via Fed Ex. Once your order has been processed from Bistro MD, Fed Ex will send an email so you can track your shipment of weekly meals.

As a dietitian working in the weight loss field, I do not dispute the fact that people eating Bistro MD meals can lose weight in a healthy way. The meals are prepared with quality ingredients, and planning has gone into the protein, carbohydrate, fiber and fat ratios. They have dietitians on staff to help assess the proper meals and calorie ranges for clients.
